Warranty service:
Client's actions for contacting the service center with faulty goods:
- Contact the service center to clarify what is required for acceptance of goods under warranty: +375 (17) 236-37-19, +375 (33) 3947931 MTS, +375 (44) 5447931 A1; e-mail: 'warranty@meratech.by'.
- For warranty service, the goods are accepted ONLY WITH A COMPLETED CLAIMS SHEET (download link at the bottom of the page).
The claim form MUST contain the following information:
- Legal entity name, ID, phone number and the address where the faulty goods are.
- Date of purchase of the goods (written on invoice).
- Name of the product, serial number of the product and its completeness (in case of failure of PC components - indicate the serial number of the PC).
- Data for entering the operating system: user name, password.
- Defect description in detail.
- Сompletion of goods.
IMPORTANT! Blank claim form is the reason for returning goods without repair.
The Meratekh Service Center accepts goods for warranty service purchased from BVComputers in accordance with the general rules on presentation of a purchase document.
